How long to get Help to Buy: Authority To Proceed (ATP) issued?

Hello,
Not sure if anyone knows any info on this here.
I'm purchasing a new build property via the London Help to Buy scheme. I've been told i/and also my solicitor & the house builder should get an ATP issued from HTB via email & post within 4 days of submitting application?
I've filled in the PIF form & reservation form on day of reservation with the house builder sending it off, Also, my mortgage broker have been send the PIF too to HTB and liaising with them.
This was done on 9th/10th of May this month (which has been 8 working days ago now).
So i'm now wondering why has the ATP not arrived yet? and when will i get one issued? Because i thought it takes within 4 working days to make the decision...

I think it takes 5 working days for ATP to be received. If there are any corrections then the forms are sent back and the 5 days starts again once the form has been resubmitted. This can happen several times as HTB won't pick up all of the corrections in one go - why I do not know!0

hm...
i've heard that somewhere as well about the corrections but i've not had the form sent back to me nor sent back to my mortgage broker or house builder as i presume they would've contacted me about it immediately.
About being 5 days instead of 4 days... it's been over 8 days now nearly 2 weeks for me. Unless it takes time for them to process things..0 -
You could give your local HTB office a call. Our HTB office were really helpful. Sometimes they don't send the corrections to the applicants for some reason.0

It's usually four working days from PIF to ATP.I am a mortgage broker. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. would the local HTB be the one nearest the property i'm trying to purchase?

There is a website which explains how the scheme works and how to find your area HTB Agent;-

thanks for all the help guys.
i finally got ATP issued today.
the thing was that there was an admin error part on my mortgage broker and they didn't tell me about it. They got the form back in error and then had to re-send it again hence why it took 8 days overall.
