Napier appeal rejection

Hi
I have been through the pinned threads and feel much more knowledgeable I only wish I'd read them before replying to my PCN.
I visited gullivers in Milton Keynes on 9/4/17 their carpark was full so we parked in the overflow, managed by Napier. We bought a ticket, had a fun day with the kids, only to return to a fine attached to the windscreen. I opened the car up found our purchased ticket had possibly blown out of view that's what happens with kids! Then contacted gullivers to be told nothing to do with them. I went on the website supplied on my PCN and sent them a copy of my paid ticket and explained that I had purchased a ticket however it must not have been in window and asked them to drop the fine.
Was emailed back saying my appeal was unsuccessful and no future appeals could be made unless I went through ias and if I chose to do that I would lose my right to pay at reduced rate.
I have now received a letter through the post notifying me my charge is now £80 and blah blah blah lots of threats of what will happen if I don't pay.
I have missed my window to apply to ias although reading the threads glad I didn't bother.
Question is now what to do, I can't appeal again, I don't want to pay but equally I don't want a ccj on my name.
Any tips or advice would be great thanks.

Good.
Do nothing. You can't just 'get a CCJ' unless you move house and omit to tell Napier. So, don't forget, if you move. Collect the letters and laugh at them - and certainly keep your P&D ticket as evidence for six years. Come back if they try a small claim within that time:

Not prolific, and you would have a defence. Even if you lost at small claims there is still NO CCJ, as long as you paid if a Judge told you to.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks for your reply, yes I checked them out on that site too.
I thought as much, but relieved to have it confirmed, thanks I will create a folder of what I'm sure will involve and endless stream of debt collector letters now.0 -
If you paid, then they have lost nothing and would struggle to convince a judge that you owe them £80.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
