Missing money from bank account

This is a very long story and I will cut it as short as I can.
My partner and I opened up a joint account and it was activated on a Friday, over the weekend we transferred 3 large sums of money into that account (we'll call them A, B and C) and I transferred the deposit for our flat from that account into our landlord's account. The following Tuesday the account was blocked due to the bank requesting to see my ID and this caused us to pay our first lot of rent late, as we had to find money to borrow. The following Friday the account was unblocked and the account balance was £0 and said no transactions had ever been made. The bank tried to say the money had bounced back into the accounts, but it hadn't.
About one week later transaction 'A' finally went into the account. A week after that (present time), things are finally being done. This is after two weeks of phonecalls where many people said they would call me back and sort it out, and nothing was ever done. Now it is in the complaints procedure and one particular woman is handling the case. Really strange activity is going on in the account. Transaction 'B' was put back into our account and we were very happy about that, however our landlord got in touch this morning and said a random transaction from her account into our account took place which she did not make (this was obviously the same amount as transaction 'B'), her bank could not explain it, so I have obviously had to transfer that money back to her. The same amount of money from transaction 'C' has randomly transferred from the joint account into my savings account. I do not want to move the money back into the joint account incase more money goes missing.
So we are still waiting on sums 'B' and 'C' to go into our account. The last two weeks have been so incredibly stressful as we have had bills to set up in our new flat which we could not do at first with no money, and we have been living on transaction 'A' for the last week now as that is the only money we have. It is incredibly embarrassing trying to explain the situation to our new landlord as now her account has got involved (presumably because we made a transfer to her account over that first weekend it was set up and working normally - which by the way that money is not showing as come out of our account yet, but she has received it).
I have cut A LOT out of this to try and make it short - we have dealt with incredibly rude employees of Natwest and the branch manager who has caused all of this has been ignoring our calls and she did not call us back to tell us what was going on (or even apologise for causing all of this) when she said she would phone us on a particular date and time.
I am wondering what kind of compensation I will get for all of this? We are still missing money and the account was blocked 2 and a half weeks ago, that is a long time for money to be 'missing'!
Thank you to anyone who reads this and offers advice.

Hard to say. First thing to wonder is when on earth will they sort it?
Account for your time dealing with it. £10 an hour. Include time you were sat waiting for call backs.
Account for your loss of credibility with your landlord. £50.
Account for your telephone calls. £5.
Account for distress and worry. £50.
My numbers are just suggestions.0
