No Right Turn

With 2 appeals already in the pipe line I'm going for the hat trick. My latest PCN is for making an illegal right turn which I did not , I actually did a u turn or 3 point turn. Anyway, should they not have issued the notice in less than 36 days and should they not also know the make of my vehicle rather than recording it as unknown as they seem to know my registration number. Oh , and my name and address. Any advice much appreciated thanks

Who issued the ticket, no right turn sounds like council rather than a private parking company, but there is always a first time for everything?

Sounds like a Council PCN = appealable. I recall another case about doing a U turn, not a right or left turn, a few years ago on pepipoo forum:

Post there for advice, this seems winnable as the contravention did not occur.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes it's a council PCN. I'm going to appeal the ticket because as a cab driver I was picking up from a venue opposite but slightly beyond the no right turn junction. My passengers where going the other way so I simply swung round the photo evidence in the PCN clearly shows my car is not turning right but turning around, anyway having gone into the web site to view the 'video evidence' 2 lame pictures, the one on the PCN and one of my rear number plate. The only reason they have a picture of my number plate is because I clearly did not turn right into the no right turn junction. It's almost laughable
