sky broadband code don't work for me :(

won't accept my code when entered. says im not allowed to use it.

also i copied it but never got an email with code on it and so don't have it.

what to do next?

Very disappointed not to have received an email with a voucher code so I cannot sign up for this Sky deal either.

Called Sky and was told it was nothing to do with them as MSE provide the codes.

Tried to complete the form again and it says the address has already been used.

Tried to call MSE and you don't even have a phone number!!!

Can anybody help?:mad::mad::mad:

...or a customer for tv, as in this case you are still a customer, though not for broadband ?
