Just had 5 x £250 returned from Ford. (2 x £250 was my error as I had set up duplicate SOs !). All these were teed up for 22/6, ie SOs and FPs

1st one (RS). £250 credited OK by SO on 22/6. £250 was 'posted' 22/5, 'processed' 23/5

2nd one (ISA). £250 was 'posted' 22/5 and 'processed' 23/5. SO was set up for 22/6. Thought that WAS OK, ie 22nd monthly. The maturity date does show 22/6/18 as maturity date. Have changed SO to 23rd and sent payment again.

3rd/4th (ISAs) £250s were 'processed' 23/5, so my error again, in sending next payments on 22/6. Sent payments again on 23/6 and changed diary for future payments

So, I still don't know (but no problem now as dates altered), if it was the posted or the processed date I should have gone by. Ist one and 2nd one above, seem at odds.
    Heyho. Everyone else OK ?

I think my dates are exactly the same as yours & I queried with Ford whether it was posted or processed date which was relevant. I was told it was posted date. I've just checked & neither of my 2 SOs (RS & RS ISA) dated 22nd have been returned.

I'm away from home (on a Greek Island:j) & strangely enough didnt bring my Ford log in details with me:p but havechecked on the feeder account app.

My 22/5 deposit showed Posted 22/5, Processed 23/5. The June deposit Processed 22/6 with no mention of Posted. I also received e-mail confirmation yesterday which is helpful. I expected the correct date to be the 22nd and that's how it's turned out :)

I've had my payment returned* for "exceeding the monthly allowance", which is complete nonsense. The payment was a future dated payment set up to be paid on the same day as last months was credited. The ISA internal transfer went through fine. A complaint is being prepared.

    * so they say, it hasn't appeared in my nominated account yet.
