Confused:What's the No Claims Discount I should enter on comparison websites?

What is my No Claims Discount that I should enter on comparison websites?
The reason I ask is that last year this had built up to 9 years.
Then I got cover with Swiftcover. They only go up to a maximum of 5 years and this is what it says on the renewal notice they emailed me.
When I enter my true No Claims Discount of 10 years+ there are better quotes than Swiftcover. Am I stuck with Swiftcover now? I want to move to Elephant which includes a free courtesy car and free legal cover.
Anyone?

If you genuinely have 10 years of no claims, there should be no reason why you can't take full advantage of that. I'm sure if they run a check (as I'm sure they must as so many people lie) they will be able to see that you are eligible. Especially when you get down to the nitty gritty details and give up your full insurance history.0

I have kept my renewal notices so have proof. Also emailed and am awaiting a response before proceeding.0
