    If the second flat was put on the market at 375k but the vendors are "expecting more", I'd be very interested to know which part of the country this is happening. From your comment "I did take the owners number and was told to contact her to see the bids she is receiving". Sounds like a bit of a !!!! n bull story to me. She knows what a good position your in. Why offer her £350k and see what happens? Are the two flats on with the same agent? That would be interesting.

    What is needed is a marker/counter on the right for any poster with a history of deleting threads.
