PCN received in England. Resident in Scotland

Sorry if this has been asked before. If you receive a pcn in post for parking in an English car park (while on holiday there), but are resident in Scotland, is the advice still to ignore it? Thanks.

Complain to the retailer to get it cancelled is the better option but ignoring it is perfectly good too.

The NEWBIES thread is kept up to date and it tells residents of Scotland and NI to ignore the scammers. You can if you wish also complain to the landowner. If you do, make sure you don't reveal the driver's identity.

Sorry, I did look at the newbie thread and knew from it that residents in Scotland could ignore but wasn't sure if this still applied if the PCN was issued in England
