Student mortgage

Hi. I'm qualifying as a nurse in July. However a house in the perfect location for my sons school has come on the market. I have a small deposit of £7000 property (£114000). Is there any companies that would offer me a mortgage now. I currently work part time and have a bursary. I would be a sole applicant.
Thanks

If the £7000 needs to cover the deposit and all the costs of buying a house it won't be enough.

It is possible to get a mortgage working part time its not about the hours worked it is your income. In a nutshell can you afford the repayments? Whether you can or not I don't know. Best advice I can give is see a mortgage advisor.
