    I don't use Facebook. I have put my complaint in writing and sent if recorded delivery to Very's head office. However 4 weeks later no reply. I welcome your assistance, do you have an alternative to Facebook? I tried calling Very's head office, but they won't take my call, just put me through to Very's customer service, who say they will email head office. Feels like Very is not interested!
