TSB Bank Switch offer help

Hi guys,
Ive noticed the tsb bank switch deal they have on. In the terms it shows
The Classic Plus account is restricted to one account in your sole name and another Plus account in joint names. You are not
eligible for this offer if you already have a Classic Plus account in your sole name.
Now i have a classic plus in my sole name
, but my partner does not and we have a joint we would like to transfer. Do you think this will pass eligibility if my partner drives the switch and i go as a 2nd name?
Cheers
