Santander Debenhams 1st refusal where to go next?

I have today had a letter from Santander stating they are sorry I feel that the ppi on my Debenhams account was miss sold but they dont think it was thus no refund :( I have seen that this seems to be the case for most people who apply to Santander, so my question is where do I go from here?

Actually from what I've seen I think Santander seem to be paying out a lot more now than before. (Obviously this is only based on my very limited experience)

What was your complaint about PPI?

Santander do tend to uphold genuine complaints.
As above^ why do you believe it was mis-sold?

    "First" refusal?

What you have received is a "full and final" refusal.

We have two running mine and my Mums Mine has asked for more info about my work as I had sickness benefits so I have written to my former employer to ask for written confirmation of this - Their wording was along the lines We dont think your policy was missold but can we have more details. My Mum believes she was missold because she wasnt even told she was signing up for it! - They have come back to my Mum saying Sorry you think it was missold but we dont think it was! Thus asking who to write to next. Thank you Taff for the info x
