1 - He still hasn't paid me - and we're talking of £1025 + postage !
2 - I don't and never have offered the Argos Click and Collect scheme.
His last communication to me was telling me ( after I explained I would only send it to his verified Paypal address ) that I should trust him and not question his integrity. I'm not doing either of those, I'm being sensible.
Surely it would have been sensible of him to contact me BEFORE he bid to ask if I'd send to an address other than his?
If he doesn't send the money by close of play today, I think I'm going to cancel his bid and do a ' second chance ' on the lens.
You may be better off filing a Non Paying Bidder rather than cancelling.
If you cancel, you can both leave feedback. If you use a NPB it may take a little longer (open on day 2 and close on day 6). If he pays it goes through as normal and you send to the Paypal transaction address. If he doesn't then you remove his right to feedback. As he's bolshy at the moment, I would take my chances on an NPB.
If it were me I would NPB and relist.0 -

I've invoiced him - again - and detailed very politely why I can't send it to the Argos store he mentioned, but only to the verified address on his account.
I'll give him until close of play tonight then file a NPB claim.
Thank you for your input and advice and to everyone else for chipping in. It's very much appreciated.if i had known then what i know now0
