Sleep with the bedroom door open. I find that helps to cool the room.
Unless you are afraid the bogeyman who lives on the landing will get you while you sleep.0 -

Also, apologies for the thread title confusion - it is meant to be dyson!
We always have the bedroom door open, (the bogeyman on the landing and I are very good friends! ) It's just incredibly hot up there. Even though it rained yesterday and the temperature was cooler I still had to sleep without a duvet!
I'll try a cheap fan before investing in a. Dyson, but I'm quite a light sleeper so I'm not sure if I'll adjust to it. That said, j could always put it on a timer plug so it turns itself off.
