  • Just thinking, do you wrap these up at all? I've now made 4 and was wondering how you usually present them? :D

Also, I've glued the eyes and noses on mine, on reflection wondering if that was the best way..?
  • Oh is it a big shop? I havent ventured in yet, have scoured the website and witten down what I need form them though so guess I will have to corner a sales assistant!
It's not massive, just has a lot of stock. The basement (where all the artsy craftsy stuff is) is bigger than the top floor. I had to grab someone when I failed to locate stuffing for my sock monkey's. It turned out I had actually stood in front of the shelf at one point but failed to notice it was there :rotfl:

Not sure on wrapping... I can't even wrap a book without messing it up :D But maybe cellophane tied at the top with a ribbon or something?
  • I made one! It's not for a present though, it's for decoration. So I put some small glass pebbles inside to weight it (I have a jar of them just sitting in a drawer.) I'll make another one much nearer Christmas. I just wanted to try!
