  • Bit of a rubbish photo but you get the idea. Do you think I need bigger eyes and nose?

  • Aww I love it! It's so cute! But I see what you mean about the eyes and nose, they look a bit lost. Although I think it's mainly the size of the eyes which you need to change. The nose is probably alright :)

Thank you :) Yours look great! Something not quite right about mine. Couldnt see any bigger eyes on ebay... maybe I need to move them up a touch? or slightly further apart?
  • Have a play around with them CS :) See which positions look better than others.

This might seem an odd question but anyway - where do people buy their flannels? Does it matter? Are some better than others? I was thinking of just nipping to Asda or Tesco (waiting for a new Super-Mega-Giant Tesco to open down the road.)

I dont think it matters really. I just got them from t j hughes. £1 for a pack of 2. Just wanted to try them out. :)
  • oh dear now I have seen how cute these are I think I want to make them!!!!

And luckily I am in Manchester so can go to the Fred Aldous shop that someone early in the thread recommended yay!

I am just checking out whats needed and I have a question: What size bells have you used for the antlers and where have you bought the bell for around the neck?
  • Oh one more question ladies....
What have you used to sit the pompom and eyes on with?
  • What size bells have you used for the antlers
I've got 8mm ones. From Fred Aldous :) There's 25 in a packet. I haven't made up a reindeer yet but they look a good size for the antlers. I've yet to get a bell for the neck though - I got bored of wandering around FA looking lost, trying to find things haha!
