Croudace homes - good developer?

Hi. My wife and I are considering a home by Croudace Homes. Does anyone know anything about them? I found this thread from 2009 - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/1857583 - but it's rather old. Does anyone have any experience with them?

    Yes, we are currently buying a new build with them, the Sales Reps ar an interesting breed thats for sure.
    Dont know anything about the property quality itself yet as not ready until December however local residents on the initial phase speak highly of there homes..
