My husband studies on an evening at college and has a student parking pass, parked today for an exam at 1pm and has received a parking ticket for 'incorrect permit for zone,' the sign in the car park stated 'valid permits required'
When he asked the security guard, the guard said his permit is only valid after 4pm, but it doesn't state this on the pass.
Is it worth us appealing or sending a letter saying we won't be paying?

if you are not willing to pay it then you should follow the BPA advice in the NEWBIES sticky thread near the top of this forum , appealing on day 25 as KEEPER0
