Successful appeal against Gemini @ Chase Farm Hospital

So very pleased to receive emails this a.m from POPLA to advise Gemini Parking Solutions Ltd are not contesting two appeals I submitted for a friend who himself was himself taking a friend, who holds a Blue Badge, for hospital appointments at Chase Farm Hospital. They were unaware of the necessity to register the Blue Badge and strangely the signs to advise this were either missing or in essence invisible.
My thanks go to many of you on here, as I cribbed and learnt an amazing amount on how to proceed. Am happy to share if helpful, though also used photo evidence and not sure how to add. So advice on that much appreciated.
