Hi,
So have found myself a few years into a recruitment career I never planned, and have decided now is the time to bite the bullet and make a move. What I’d love to do is move into a less KPI and sales driven career, but still utilise the skills I’ve gained over the years.
I was hoping to pick everyone’s brains and see if they know what a career recruiter could potentially move into? I have bills so the thought of a super low salary I just dont think I can make work but open to suggestions.
