We had our offer accepted on a property mid-March. We'd like to visit again prior to exchange of contracts, just to double check everything is as it should be and also to start taking measurements for a few things. I would say visit before exchange definitely just to check for your self everything is in order. The sellers aren't going to be that put out as they should expect you may want to check it out again before you complete. We've visited our house 4 times now.. First two were initial visits before offer accepted, third was after tenants moved out and to check the fixtures and fittings form and the 4th was this week to measure up for curtains etc and check it was still ok prior to exchange (As its been vacant for 4 weeks was nervous it was still all ok!)
