Need a Holiday for 21 People

Can someone give me tips on booking for 21 people for Summer 08 (Around 16 July). To co-ordinate this (as it's a family reunion) - I am trying to find something early so that everyone can book their days off. We've got people coming from Canada and UK. The budget is £550 per person. Duration: 1 week, Flying from: Any London, Could be AI or any board.
Somewhere hot and more of a resort rather than venturing our or activity holiday because the family just needs to spend time catching up with each other. Ideas were Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Kenya etc.
I think Malaysia would be amazing - probably just one destination like Langkawi. I think I have tried to incorporate as much info here as possible - but would be great if I could get some ideas on booking such a trip.

Think you may struggle getting somewhere exotic for your £550 budget in July.0

I wouldn't bother considering Malaysia. You'd be lucky to get flights alone for your budget considering it's July 16, the peak long-haul travelling week (par Xmas).
Realistically look at Europe or North Africa.0 -
You're going to stuggle that week, its the peak of the peak season! i'd be thinking Turkey/Greece kind of areas realistically.0

Thanks all for the response. I know I am looking at the peak of peak times. The downside is that in the group we've got children doing GCSE's, A-Levels and have to consider school holidays. However, we may be able to up that amount by £200.000

WHat about a Med cruise ... that would include all your food, entertainment and give you the option to explore, lie on deck or visit a beach. You sho0uld be able to negotiate on price for 21 people.
IvanI don't care about your first world problems; I have enough of my own!0 -
look at www.skyscanner.net and see where you can fly to and which companies do it then ring them and explain size of group- make sure you go through a ay no to 0870 site
then book your own villa- try www.ownersdirect.co.uk and www.holiday-rentals.co.uk and i bet you can get somehere amazing- i would recommend sicily or croatia if you can get reasonable flights but thre are also many large properties throughout europe too0 -
croatia (rabac was great) Its low priced, good food easy to day trip to italy, nice people, low low prices and family friendly.0
