Hello,
Sorry for adding to the discussion, I have checked through the other posts but am still confused about what to do as I have ignored letters until now where I received a letter stating that PCP Enforcement are taking legal action to recover the amount due. I can settle within 10 days or it will go to court with extra £50 costs. It also says the letter fulfils notice before court action and no further notice will be given.
I've only just received this as it was send to my old address which I've not updated yet, but it was sent on 21st April so the time has already lapsed.
Is it likely I will be getting a court summons?
Thanks in advance,
Stefanie

NO , DEFINITELY NOT
this is a civil matter so there is absolutely no chance of receiving a court summons
HOWEVER, you may receive an MCOL (google it) in the post from the centre in Northampton , which is a small claims court claim from the main issuing centre
at this moment in time , WHO actually sent this latest letter ?
the PPC ?
a debt collector ?
or a solicitor ?
and WHICH COUNTRY are you in ?0 -

So, stop believing them. This letter is likely a frightener, so please answer Redx's questions.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
