Citibank on Resolver App

Hi All,

I am trying to send a resolver email from the app/website but it appears that Citibank/ CitiFinancial do not appear on the drop down. Can anyone advise what they may now be under or if they are under a different name please?

Many Thanks
Dave

Resolver does not have an agreement with all lenders, so if the "drop down" does not contain the name of the financial institution concerned best advice is to complain directly.

Cutting out such third party involvement is second nature to me and I personally can't see any advantage to using that company's services (regardless of it being "free")
