It may be that they've taken over some aspects of the estate management, that was the case when I bought my current property. Look at the breakdown of the charge and see what it covers. If they're not being done then complain.
And if you've ever had to deal with the likes of Peverel, you might understand why the OP uses the term evil! They are the worst, most contemptuous company I've ever had to deal with.0 -
what does your contract between you as a freeholder on the estate and them as your appointed management company say? we cannot read it from here.My question is - are they legally allowed to charge us if they haven't taken over control of the communal areas? I cannot seem to find this answer anywhere, but it seems wrong that they can do so.
what do the other residents say when they have a meeting with their management company?0
