PRIZE INFORMATION:
i) One (1) prize will be awarded of twelve (12) months’ rent paid by the Sponsor for a single tenancy UNCLE apartment located in London of the Sponsor’s choosing based on availability. Apartment details will be confirmed closer to the winner’s possession date.
ii) The twelve (12) month rental period shall commence as soon as an apartment becomes available, but no later than December 1, 2017 This will be allocated based on the landlord’s availability at the time.
iii) The prize must be accepted as described in these Contest Rules by the winner only and may not, in any case, be in whole or in part transferred to another person (including by way of sublease) or exchanged for another prize or for cash.
iv) The winner will be required to sign a Standard Assured Shorthold Tenancy lease with the landlord and all lease terms and conditions will apply.
v) The prize is valued at approximately £12,000 - £14,000, being the cost of (12) months’ rent at the selected apartment. The winner is responsible for all other charges and expenses related to the apartment, including, but not limited to, all council tax, TV license, electricity, gas and water charges.
vi) The winner must pay a security deposit for the equivalent value of 6 weeks rent to the landlord prior to the commencement of the lease term.

AWARDING OF THE PRIZE:
7.1 Entrants will be measured subjectively by a panel of experts appointed by the Sponsor based on creativity and ability to best fulfil the Contest brief provided. The Sponsor will inform the selected entrants that they have been shortlisted by the judging panel by social media direct message or email within 14 days of the contest closing using UNCLE social media accounts. If the Sponsor is unable to contact a shortlisted entrant within five (5) days, a new entrant will be selected for the shortlist.
7.2 The panel of expert judges reserves the right to select and shortlist entrants. Once shortlisted, selected entrants will be required to present their entry in front of the judging panel at a location to be determined in London, England, after which point the winning entrant will be selected by the judging panel. UNCLE reserves the right to change the judging panel at any time, in its sole discretion.
7.3 The winning entrant must complete and sign the declaration and release form (the “Declaration Form”) that the Sponsor will provide confirming that the winner has fulfilled all the requirements of these Contest Rules, and return it to the Sponsor within three (3) days of its receipt
