bureaucracy

Word of warning here! If applying to open an easy access account with Bank of Cyprus, be prepared for ultra bureaucracy. Unlike experiences in the past with Halifax and Leeds Building Society where you just open it online with your personnal details, thay want a certfied copy of either your driving license or passport, that is signed at the post office for which there is a charge. Nothing about that in the information notes though! Complete waste of time filling in the form and sending it.

May be a good idea sticking to a British Bank perhaps with an application?
