Making complaint ou Pure Gym Manager

Hi Guys!

I am affraid I need to make a complaint on Pure Gym Manager, one of employee promissed me some deal (I have a proof for that) but now Manager told me that employee made a mistake and this is not their problem (in short words, no apologies, no nothing). It is not about the money, it was 20 GBP, but about rules, could you please tell me where can I made complaint on the manager?

I have this link already, I thought somebody got email to someone who is higher in office hierarchy than manager.

If the complaint was to do with someone getting injured or a large amount of money then you might be able to get a higher up person to follow it up but for a £20 problem, a manager will probably be the best that you can get.
