Travel insurance - have condition - dont want cover!

My wife is 3 years into remission from breast cancer.
She has to go to the USA for 10days, the chances of her needing hospital treatment for that condition are about .00001%.
What she wants to purchase is a policy that will cover her for any other hospital bills (as a result of an accident for example) but NOT the cancer.
If you fail to disclose conditions (even if you don't claim on them), claims on the policy will be rejected due to small print.
Any ideas?
