Court Case Transcripts???

Court case is in 3 weeks, compiling evidence now to send over...

I have everything except transcripts from previous court cases won. The parking prankster page seems to be full of transcripts for very specific cases such as parking over a line etc.

My case is overstaying in a car park past the allowed time. Where can i find transcripts for court cases won over this?



Also, referring to 3 PCN i got through the door last week...what is the grace time to leave a car park? Allowed time is 120 minutes, i stayed over by 16 minutes, 16 minutes and 19 minutes.

You would be far better off sticking to one thread. I'm guessing this is to do with the case you have running and not a new one?

If so copy your post into that thread. That way people can see the context and may be able to suggest appropriate, bespoke help rather than give random generic transcripts that may be of no use to you.

GRACE PERIODS are given in the BPA CoP and in the IPC CoP

you can generally assume that up to 10 minutes is allowed BEFORE parking and actually getting a ticket (or parking and reading signs on a free car park)

then there is usually OVER 10 MINUTES to leave after the end of a parking period , again covered in the CoP , so no idea why you have not read the relevant CoP given that any appeal or defence will be partly relying on the relevant CoP

as for transcripts, they cost money to produce so if you dont find what you want on prankster or the BMPA desk then unless you manage to find a relevant one elsewhere then you could be stuck without one
