I agree with you that a small scratch can be hard to capture. However bigger scratches and dents can actually be captured and should be.

I hired from them and had a similar nightmare, my credit card was charged £1,250, then I had to involve my credit card company to get my deposit backless the “Damages”. Total rip off do not use this cowboy company, cheap is not good it is worth paying extra for good service.

I'm not sure I'd want to hire any vehicle (except perhaps an ambulance) which has had 6 births .
