We were terrified looking at the reviews but we've had a positive, and pretty efficient experience! They asked for 3 months more bank statements and a written explanation of a couple of arranged overdraft fees but we had our offer within a fortnight- hope you have some good news soon.

Hi can I ask what kind of issues you had on your file? I am wary about applying for a mortgage has I have 3 defaults all historic, 4years ago and fully settled.
