WY Enforcement

Hi all,
I have read the newbies thread but still a little unsure (and anxious) about how to proceed.

So I am RK and the driver had parked in a private car park in Bradford on a Sunday and stupidly missed the sign in front - literally in front!

There was a PARKING CHARGE NOTICE on the windscreen for £90, discounted to £54 if paid within 14 days.

Any help would be much appreciated

More info needed for people to help you. Parking Company etc. Many signs etc.
No you don't just pay up,
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

First, edit your post to remove information about who did what. You have given enough information for the parking scammers to identify the driver.
Only ever refer to The Driver and The Keeper, who are two different people as far as anyone is concerned.
    Parking scammers read these fora.

Next, please read the sticky thread for NEWBIES then send the BPA template in blue that you will find there around day 26. Copy and paste and send, then start reading up on how to win at PoPLA.

Do not pay, do not ignore, do not reveal the driver's identity, do not miss the appeal deadline.

No you don't just pay up,

The company is WY parking enforcement. The notice states that photographic evidence has been taken of this vehicle at this location.

The sign were literally in front of where the vehicle was parked, there was just one

If you can, go back and take pics of the entrance and entrance signs, whether there were any there or not.

As already explained, you start with the BPA template exactly as it is and send it around day 26, the day of the alleged event being day zero. Then you stat working on your PoPLA appeal using all the template points available to you in post 3 of the NEWBIES.

Not sure why anyone would be anxious about WY 'enforcement'...a small firm, less than ten court claims:

What's confusing about the NEWBIES advice? One appeal for IPC firms, one for BPA firms. We can't write it all out again case by case.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
