Hey all,
Hi looking for any help anyone can provide on challenging car park fine from Medway COUNCIL
I have been accused of Contravention: 01 (parked in a restricted street during prescribed hours)
I have been parking at the same place for 2 years now and never had anything like this before. There was other vehicles as the same place but didn't get a fine !!
i have all the evidence Photos and PCN.
I believe i have been accused wrongly and have made the first appeal however hear that these appeals always get rejected.
Can anyone help me on this case as what shall i do.

First appeals are always rejected but most Council PCNs can be won at second or third stage, and it's just an 'all or nothing' appeal (full penalty or nothing - no discount applies later on when you win).
