1. The Promotion is open to residents of the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years of age or over excluding employees of the Promoter, Brown-Forman Beverages Europe, Ltd., their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion.
2. Only one entry per person. Only fully completed entries made on www.jackrocks.com between 11:59 am on the 9th May and 11:59 am on the 29th May 2017. No purchase necessary. You are automatically entered into the prize draw when you complete and transmit the on-screen entry form.
3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries which are delayed, corrupted or otherwise rendered invalid owing to technical errors or malfunctions. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
4. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries by macros or other automated means, and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
5. There are 3 prizes to be won. Each prize consists of 2x pairs of tickets to Reading Festival on the 25th to the 27th August. Prize does not included travel to and from Reading Festival or any other costs incurred as a result of attending.
6. The prize draw will take place on the 31st May 2017 at 11:59 am.
7. The winners will be selected at random by a third party and notified no later than 10 working days after the draw.
8. Winners will be notified by telephone or email. All winners must confirm their identity with a valid photographic ID (passport or driving license) and provide a delivery address where they can receive signed deliveries as well as their photographic ID, within 10 working days of being notified. Failure to confirm within this time will result in the prize being forfeited and another winner being selected.
9. If the winner does not claim their prize within 10 working days there will be one round of reselection for replacement winners.
10. Prizes will be sent to winners within 28 working days of validating their identity and confirmation of delivery address.
11. The prize winners’ details will be available for six weeks by sending an SAE marked "Jack Daniel’s – Jack Rocks 7 Promotion" to the Promoter at the address below after 12th July 2017.
12. The prize winners consent to their name being published as the winners of the promotion and may be required to participate in future publicity.
13. The prizes are as stated and non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to award alternative prizes of equal or greater value should the original prize become unavailable for any reason. Prizes may differ from the visuals shown, however actual prizes will be of at least equal value. If the prize arrives damaged during transit the Promoter will replace the prize with the same prize if stocks are available or, a prize of similar value with proof of delivery and photographic proof of damage sent by email to [EMAIL="customer-services@mailmarketscot.com"]customer-services@mailmarketscot.com[/EMAIL].
14. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control. This promotion and these terms are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. The decision of the Promoter in all matters connected to this draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this promotion. The terms and conditions of the Promoter’s agents and third party contractors involved in the provision of the prize apply. The Promoter shall bear no liability in relation to services provided by these third parties.
17. Where you have indicated that you would like us to contact you in the future, you agree that your relevant personal details will be held by Brown-Forman Corporation (‘BFC’) and may be used by BFC, other companies within the BFC group (details of which are available on request) or BFC’s agents, partners or licensees, to promote, to consider ways of improving, and to send you information about Jack Daniel’s products and services. Your details may accordingly be transferred to any country in which companies within the BFC group carry on business, including to countries outside the EEA which may not provide levels of protection in respect of personal data as high as those which apply in the EU. BFC may also transfer your information to another company or entity in the event that any part of its business is transferred to or merged with that company or entity or when required to do so by law.
