Hi following on from above ....we rejected his 4K drop and instructed our own electrical inspection (registered electrician) which came out to £1250 estimate......big difference to his we have agreed to get this all sorted before exchange as goodwill and has now been done and all signed off ....buyer agreed (think he was gutted really and would have rather had 4K off) so he tried another angle to get money off he went on to pay out for structal survey on both extensions just in case!!!!!!! (he's already had full survey) and pleased to say we passed with flying colours ....even the engineer said what a waste of time and money .....he has spent a lot of money to get this far and finally agreed to proceed on Thursday........hoping to exchange Friday .......thanks for all your comments0

Go to your control panel and edit ignore list. Just enter the name exactly as it annoyingly appears on all threads and hey presto, unless someone quotes you don't have to see the nonsense no more!
Thanks, much appreciated, I hadn't seen the space between 'Crashy' and 'Times'Gather ye rosebuds while ye may0 -
Hey OP > thanks for posting up your experience. Sounds like they were hell-bent on getting it reduced, so good on you for sticking to your guns. I don't suppose they originally had a lower offer rejected by any chance?Go to your control panel and edit ignore list.
