EE and voicemail

I also posted this on 'mobiles'. Didn't know which is best
I have recently changed my contract from T-mobile to EE. Previously I had added Hullomail for my voicemail service and this worked very well. Not so with EE. They tell me that they don't support anything other than their own which is useless.
Is this right and if not how can I use Hullomail. I have downloaded the app again but cant access to activate voicemail.
EE tell me that with their voicemail I would have to listen to all my saved emails before I can access any new ones and unlike Hullomail there isn't a list for me to delete as I wish whether I have listened or not.
Surely this cannot be right!!!!
I look forward to receiving some advice please.

You have been told by EE that they do not support Hullomail, it is surely right and nothing we can say will change that.
So you either go back to previous supplier or find another that does support Hullomail
If you are on a long term contract then did you specify that you need support for Hullomail and were you assured they did support it before you purchased?
Forget the App, goto change.org and start a campaign to get EE to put the most recent emails first, that is bound to P Off any user, if you get over 100,000 supporters of your campaign they will discuss it in Parliament, good luck with that! Thanks, don't you just hate people with sigs !0
