Hi,
I received my DRO application in the post yesterday.
It came with a checklist -one of the things listed is 'latest calendar month bank statement' to show incomings and outgoings. It must have name and address printed on it.
I get paperless statements. When I have tried to download my statement from online, it doesn't have my address or my full name (just my title and surname)
Also, I use several accounts for difervent reasons I. E money comes into one then goes out to different accounts for bills/debts/care costs/'living costs' etc. What do I do about this?
Many thanks for your help.

I would print a statement for each account that you've sed in the previous month. It may be an idea to write a note explaining what each account is for.
Re the downloaded statements, were these actually statements or a transaction list (normally csv format) ? maybe if you posted which bank you use, someone will know how to get the full format ones. Another option is to ring your bank and see if they'll send printed ones0 -
Hi Incywincy21
You will need to provide a full month bank statement for each account you have. The statements have to be identifiable as yours which is why organisations request that your name and address shows.
If that’s not possible your intermediary should accept some additional evidence with the print out that proves the account is yours. For example a welcome letter from your bank that shows your name and address, and the same account number as on your online statements.
Or you could send a photocopy of your bank card, in that case I would advise you to block out the long card number as that will not be required. The name and account number on the card will tally with the online print outs. If in doubt contact your intermediary for advice.
