How to enter:

1. This competition to win 6 bottles of Beronia Rioja and a pintxo recipe book will open on Monday 8th May at 9:00am and will close on Sunday 11th June at 11:00pm. No liability will be accepted by Gonzalez Byass UK for illegible, incomplete or entries submitted late.
2. To enter this competition individuals must tell us their favourite dish to cook and enjoy with a glass of Rioja on the competitions page on the Beronia Txoko website, fill in their name, email address and click ‘enter now’ to submit their entry. The competition requires a valid email address.
3. This competition is open only to residents in the United Kingdom aged 18 or over (at the time of entering) who have a photographic form of ID.
4. Any entries from individuals who work for Gonzalez Byass UK and any from their friends and relatives will be disqualified from entering the competition.
5. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
6. Everyone who enters the competition will receive a confirmation email from Mail Chimp to confirm whether they want to be signed up to receive the Beronia newsletter, entrants who do not confirm subscription will still be entered into the competition. The prize:

1. The prize is 6 bottles of Beronia Rioja 75cl (mixed case) and a Beronia pintxo recipe book.
2. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and not exchangeable and have no cash alternative.
3. Gonzalez Byass UK reserves the right to an alternative prize, of equal or greater value, should the advertised prizes become unavailable for any reason beyond their control.

Deciding the winner:

1. There will be one winner selected for this competition.
2. The winners will be selected at random by an independent person who does not work for Gonzalez Byass UK.
3. The winners will be selected within 14 days after the competition end date (but usually beforehand).

Revealing the winner:

1. The winners will be contacted by email informing them that they are the winner.
2. The winners will be required to claim their prize by replying to the email with a delivery address and a scanned copy of their photographic ID within 10 days of initial notification that they are the winner.
3. If we can’t track down the winner despite making all reasonable effort to do so, or if the winner doesn’t claim their prize within 10 days, then the prizes or elements of the prizes will be forfeited. Time permitting, we may select another winner at random to redistribute the prize. We reserve the right not to give out a prize if we can’t or don’t believe we can find a suitable winner.
4. Gonzalez Byass UK will only use the personal details provided for the running of this competition and to contact them in the future about Beronia wines. Gonzalez Byass UK will never share your details with any other organisation, please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
5. By entering this competition the winner accepts that they may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity arising from the promotion including being mentioned on Beronia social media accounts and website if required.

Further information:

1. Only valid entries will be submitted, the entrant will be disqualified.
2. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be entered into the competition. This means that if it is clear that a person is using another person’s identity or using automated means, these entries will be disqualified.
3. By entering this competition you are agreeing that you understand that you are providing your information to Gonzalez Byass UK.
4. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gonzalez Byass UK shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the prize draw competition or any prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by an entrant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
5. Gonzalez Byass UK or its partners will not be responsible for any entries not being submitted as a result of technical failures with proof of submission of entry not being proof of receipt of entry. We accept no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to lost, delayed or not received entries or winner notifications.
6. In the rare event of any dispute the decision of Gonzalez Byass UK is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. If things arise which effect the competition running as planned for reasons due to any causes beyond the control of Gonzalez Byass UK then as the promoter we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
8. These terms and conditions and the competition prize draw are governed by English law and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
9. The winners name can be made available by sending a letter to Gonzalez Byass UK Ltd, The Hyde, Woodcock Hill, Coopers Green Lane, St Albans, Herts, AL4 9HJ.
10. By entering the competition via the Beronia website entrants are confirming that they have read and agree to accept these terms & conditions and by the decisions of Gonzalez Byass UK.
