Bradford and Bingley insurance

I'm currently looking for a cheaper home insurance deal and, through the price comparison sites, Bradford and Bingley was showing as a cheaper option.
I've subsequently googled Bradford and Bingley and the first site that is listed is http://www.bbg.co.uk/ but this site says Bradford and Bingley no longer sells insurance products. There is then another site http://www.bradfordandbingley-insurance.co.uk/ which does sell insurance. Are these two not related? Is the second site kosher/a reputable, established company?

On 21st April 2010, the Car and Home Insurance businesses of Bradford & Bingley were acquired by BISL Limited.
BISL Limited continues to offer Car and Home Insurance under the Bradford & Bingley brand under licence, but Bradford & Bingley itself will no longer offer a car or Home Insurance service to customers. BISL Limited is part of the BGL Group.0
