Earlier this year, my company introduced mutual separation program based on criteria, clearly stating that people with rating of "meets some expectations" will be primarily considered for the separation program.
Following on from FBaby's post, "primarily" does not mean exclusively or universally. If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -
This thread was not about my medical condition. I have a very difficult situation at work, there is significant abuse of authority and I am looking for advice. Unfortunately, some people here are focused more on putting people down and making some unreasonable assumptions than actually focusing on my concerns and question. Anyway, thanks a lot to all for participating.
Well, it should be about your medical condition in fairness and talking about signing off due to stress makes it fair game as a discussion point... A medical condition may also open up the *discrimination* can of worms which could work in your favour...
It isn't about "putting people [you] down" but rather about trying to invoke a lifestyle change whereby such trivial setbacks (in the context of life) can be better managed. Fair play if you have a mental health issue which needs medical treatment, but acting the victim because someone had the audacity to suggest that you eat/drink/exercise/meditate to handle stress is a bit counter-productive....
At the end of the day it is only you losing out on money... Not the 'bullies' at work, not me, not anyone else!0 -
Thanks all for comments. I understand there is nothing I can do legally. Perhaps it is indeed time to find a new job.0
