I'm looking for some paint for my metal garage door to match the colour of my new anthracite front and side door.

Any suggestions?

Get some paint charts and find the most similar colour?

Thanks, I might have to do this, but the charts don't always accurately reflect the true colours.

As I understand the anthracite colour is standard across all door manufacturers, I was wondering if anyone else had already found a match suitable for a garage door.

We recently had Anthracite windows and doors fitted. The manufacturer told us the RAL code was 7016. We had some Dulux paint mixed to this code and it matches perfectly.

As above, get the RAL code from the door manufacturer and have it mixed!

Yes, you need the RAL, it is usually 7016 but you need to double check if you want it exact.

Thanks, I've emailed the door supplier to ask for the RAL code.
