Hey guys im asking this for a friend
recently bought an AMP for £400 off ebay auction in Germany.. My friend didnt pay with PayPal but with a bank transfer.. the item when it arrived was faulty.. the seller is refusing to refund the money and ebay tell him that they can do nothing about it.
I thought ebay were able to isssue return labels etc to help out?
