    You have your opinion, others have theirs. I was expressing my opinion and I agree with mr ginge. However if it all works out well for you then good.
    Out of curiosity have you ever BOUGHT a house using this method, would like to hear of your experiences if you have.

    No I've never bought a house using this method (its the sort of thing I would have mentioned). Anyway I won't be posting any more comments, or viewing these pages, as I really don't care for the joyless tone of this forum. Goodbye all.
