    Of course in this case, he was not selling an 'info' product. He was selling a prepared USB Flash drive. That costs money and it does take time and the correct tools to prepare the recovery file from the .exe supplied by ACER.
    Personally my time is worth a lot more than £10.99, but like everyone else here, we try to help for free.
    It's not guaranteed that it will be the solution, as there may be other variables. That why it's good to have experience from all. So that all bases are covered.
