I'm in a chain... My buyers my neighbour, My buyers buyer is a first time buyer, whose had his mortgage approved. He's just had a survey on my buyers property and it seems to have come back with no issues.
My buyer has received my leasehold pack. Selling papers have been signed and completed. So what comes next, how far are we away from exchange?
