Reclaim PPI fron paragon mortgages 20 years ago

Hi,
My mother has asked for help as she believes she was miss sold a PPI from paragon mortgages.
At the time she was told that she'd have to take it to get the mortage.
It started in dec 1997 to feb 2007 but she doesn't have any paperwork.
Would she be able to make a claim, and if so how would she go about getting the information from paragon.

Thanks in advance for any help or advice you can provide.

As this was pre regulation Paragon can dismiss any claim, also, you have no access to the Ombudsman or the FSCS. Non starter.

Since our inception we have championed the buy-to-let market and the valuable contribution private landlords make to the UK’s Private Rented Sector.

Getting the information from Paragon, would involve contacting Paragon to request the information. I'm not sure if PPI on BTL mortages was ever that common, it is possible that your mother is referring to some other kind of insurance product or charge.
