Anglian Windows pre 2005 PPI complaint.

Hoping somebody can point me in the right direction. My mum had PPI when she had new windows put in by Anglian Windows in 2004. Her grounds for mis selling are:
1) The PPI was automatically included with the loan as part of their "gold package".
2) It was a single payment PPI so the loan was front loaded.
3) The loan was for 10 years but the PPI cover was only for 5 years.
4) She received full sickness pay from her employers.
I understand people haven't had much luck with Anglian Windows as they weren't regulated pre 2005. The finance was through GE Money and the insurers were Pinnacle. Any advice on where to start and what to do next if Anglian Windows dispute the claim.
Thanks in advance.

If Anglican refuse the claim, this is likely, put the claim to Pinnacle as they may have been regulated at the time.
You have nothing to lose.
This PPI is a rip off, only covering for 5 years but it is repaid to term end with interest, that is a very expensive insurance, they were all at it at the time.0 -
Thank you, I don't think I will have much luck Anglian either but its worth a letter.0

You may not get any luck with the insurer but it is worth a try.0
