Late challenge rejection

Hello,
That's about a parking ticket issued the 26/03 by a private called Secure a Space in an industrial area parking (screen ticket).
Then I challenged online the "ticket" as a keeper by the 09.04 refusing to name the driver.
Now, it seems they haven't managed to issue the rejection letter/mail on time as it's reached me by the 09/05.
Does it automatically disqualify their rejection or still I should appeal to POPA using the given code?

I would still go to POPLA and put in my appeal to them that the rejection was late.
A POPLA win stops all harassment so is often worth the small effort it takes.0 -
Nothing disqualifies the rejection. Appeal to PoPLA using as many of the template appeal points available to you from post 3 of the NEWBIES thread that are relevant.I married my cousin. under the BPA CoP the PPC had 35 days to issue the decision, in this case the rejection
the BPA couldnt give a monkeys even if it had been 50 or 75 days later !!!
just draft a popla appeal and dont look for easy ways out that do not exist
they have 6 years to enforce their demand for money , via the courts, and nobody will care if it took them 4 weeks or 4 months
and the 35 days is within the timescale YOU have given earlier anyway0
